Terms and Conditions

Goods must be checked on collection or delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If any sign of damage then please sign as "damaged" and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods.

You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of collection / delivery.

Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload, missed deliveries will incur re-delivery costs. Delivery is made to the kerb side only.

You should check the item before commencing installation. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transportation costs. If you wish to cancel your order then items may be returned within 14 days by contacting us by phone (01282 702 786) for a RMA (Return merchandise authorisation) which must be shown outside the package.

Any items returned without a RMA will be refused by our goods inwards department. We do not refund courier costs either way. The customer must arrange for the return. Any non-faulty items will incur up to 25% handling charge. Some items that are non-returnable will be advertised as such.  Purchases made by businesses are not subject to cancellation.

The purchaser of the product accepts liability for its proper use, operation and installation. This products are NOT designed to be used in any commercial place. Some products must also be installed by a licensed professional, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the misuse of this product. By purchasing the products the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product. If there are any broken parts due to shipping damage we will have replacement parts shipped to you ASAP but this must be notified to us within 48 hours and the delivery note should be endorsed as "damaged". Product warranty cover parts only (not wear & tear or neglect) for 90 days unless otherwise specified. To validate professional installation an invoice from a professional installer must be provided in the event of a warranty claim as proof of proper installation. We do not cover courier or installation costs in any case.

Faulty parts must be returned to us under the guarantee (at your own expense), then we will send replacements.

Do not book your installer until you have received and checked the goods. We are not qualified to offer any professional advice for any of our products and can accept no liability for claims suggesting the same. You are advised to check the suitability of the product with a professional body. Our liability shall never exceed the maximum price paid for the actual product

Deliveries are generally made during working hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday unless you have arranged for a special delivery.

A large order may arrive on a pallet and this is a kerbside delivery only. Parcel deliveries are to a safe place or front door. In the case of a block of flats or office block then parcel deliveries are to the ground floor delivery only.

While we want every delivery to be successful and problem free, we understand that this is not always the case. We would request that if your parcel arrives obviously damaged, please sign for these as damaged.

We ask that you check all your items as soon as they arrive. Any damages, faults or shortages can be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure that you have thoroughly checked all of your order before reporting any damages or shortages as we may not be able to send out replacements if you later find any further problems with your order.

If your items are not quite right you can request a return within 14 days Ensure that you retain all packaging until you are sure you are keeping all of the items.

If installation has been attempted we will not accept returns
